After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.

We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. My hubby and I like the Saltgrass Steakhouse. Normally, the food and service is pretty good. But last night, we had a bad experience. We pretty much order the same things and have no problems, but last night, while my dinner came out hot and fresh, my husband's steak and shrimp was STONE COLD! When we complained, they offered to put his already over-cooked steak back on the grill to 'warm' it and replace his shrimp. This wouldn't have been a bad idea had the steak not already been overcooked. Anyway, they did that, and when they brought it back out, it was STILL cold! By now my husband is a little mad, and our waiter, knowing there is a problem, just keeps ignoring us. Even the manager ignored us! Finally, my very hungry husband just went ahead and ate his mostly cold steak. They brought us the bill and a free slice of cheesecake. Big deal - that SO doesn't make up for a bad dining experience. So we left a note with the payment stating that we would be posting a note on Judy's Book about the poor service.
