D.F. is now even better than Taqueria Nueve. I absolutely love the moles and their coctels with fresh seafood. I went in last weekend and was surprised to see how busy the restaurant has become. It used to be my little secret spot- but everyone is starting to figure out that this new hip place in the north pearl is THE BEST place to get authentic mexican food in all of Portland.
A couple things I learned from my wonderful waitress: they stopped serving brunch now, and will be open on Sunday nights instead. And on Tuesdays they have HALF OFF bottles of wine!
D.F. is a great place to take a date or to impress out of town guests.
