I am writing about my experience at the Big Lots Furniture Store in Shelbyville, In.
I arrived on a Saturday afternoon to find they were having a sale of 20% off any purchase. I found a dresser that I loved and wanted to buy. The quality of the piece was excellent and I look forward to using it for years to come. The checkout line was quite long but the cashiers worked quickly and patiently to take care of everyone.
I purchased my dresser and a nightstand that I also found. I was told to bring my van up to the doors and they would load my items for me. At first they were unsure that the dresser would fit so they measured my van and the dresser in the box and discovered that there was enough room.
They were very careful with loading my items and were friendly with me.
I was very happy with my experience with Big Lots Furniture Store and plan to shop there again soon.
