I couldn't believe how good I felt! I was floating out of the door. No pain, no aches, and it lasted over a week. Colleen Mitchell has "magic hands." Myofascial release has been explained to me as working into the pain so the pain can be felt and then released. I don't really understand, but I know that it works and I am going back on a regular basis. Just for my own piece of mind. I have several friends whose children have even been treated by Colleen for their sports injuries. The kids are back at their sport activities a lot sooner. My sister-in-law turned me on to Colleen after she and a friend spent a mini spa day together. They said it was THE MOST relaxing get away in a LONG TIME. Plus, Colleen takes credit cards, I can always leave with a gift certificate for a special friend in need.
Pros: beautiful country setting, peaceful, you feel taken care of and loved.
