We have gone to other New Kings and decided to try this location.It was a Wed nite and not crowded at all(we know why). The food was dry and very tasteless. The variety was poor and when items ran low they were very slow to add more.The dessert section was very disappointing and the service was very slow. We will never go back to this location.I spoke with mangement about a coupon they would not accept and they very very rude and when I mention my disappointment in the food quality the mangement did not offer an explanation and was very rude about the answer. I told him we would not return any time soon and his remark was fine-don't return we don't care. There is many nice places to eat-this is not one of them.
Pros: East to get to
Cons: Bad news-bad service-bad food everything was just bad..don't go here avoid like a rash
