I gave my daughter a gift certificate for her birthday and when i took her to redeem it, the massage therapist didn't show. I was told I would get the message for 1/2 price when I rescheduled. I rescheduled and AFTER her message I was informed that the owner did not know who told me I could have a discount and she could not do anything about the therapist not showing up. Basically I was told the rest of my gift certificate was no good, so don't come back and try to use it. I let them know that I didn't think that was a good way to get repeat customers and I would not be back. I also told her I would not send any other people to their spa. There are LOTS if great places to get messages in Mcdonough/Stockbridge I suggest Scarlett's Retreat- they KNOW how to treat their customers!
