... as I've found in the Twin Cities. Everything is wonderful here (except, perhaps, the noise level on a busy evening). Food is amazing, service is gracious, atmosphere is delightful. I've been back five times in three months, and have never been disappointed. *** Addendum, several months later: Turnover in the kitchen doesn't seem to have affected A Rebours' amazing level of culinary perfection, and I still consider it to be one of the top three restaurants in the state. However, if that Maitre 'd gets **ANY** ruder, I will be forced to forego one of the best dining experiences around. He's getting simply unbearable.***
