This store is a good source for basic party supplies, such as paper plates, cups, and coordinating disposable table cloths, especially if you are looking for a specific holiday theme, or a theme for a child's birthday party. There's also an excellent assortment of party favors, such as small toys, toy jewelry such as plastic rings or tiaras for a "princess" party, super-bounce balls and mini-toy cars, plus movie-themed toy favors such as "wands" and Harry Potter glasses. Some of the novelties are great for small presents for an afternoon sports team, such as the pack of a dozen sports ball key chains (enough for the entire team and the coach in baseballs, soccer balls, footballs and basketballs.) There's also a good assortment of greeting cards available. There's always a large selection of costumes for Halloween, and there are other decorations for every major holiday, for example, Mardi Gras beads and necklaces, tiki torches for summer "beach parties" on the lawn, red, white and blue patriotic decorations for the Fourth of July, and plenty of packages of Valentines and small candy presents for everyone on your list at Valentine's Day. Just one other thing to note: it's rather difficult to get into the parking lot; if you're heading eastbound on Route 9, you may want to enter the Sherwood Plaza parking area, and then drive over to the adjacent plaza where Party City is located. .
