Review content:
If this is the Resident Living Center on Front St in Binghamton it has High room rents, lack of decent food, criminals and psychiatric patients bus in from New York City to be housed here because no one else will take them in making it unsafe for other residents who live their.
Residents are unsupervised, Staff hands out medications that they are not qualified to hand out and should only be handed out by Registered Nurses.
Housekeeping is inadequate and vermin have been known to locate their eggs in the days sandwich.
This Day Care has been cited by the State of New York for many violations including safety violations.
On the floors the mini kitchens are suppose to be supplied with snacks but some residents hoard the snacks so that others can't get them.
The State should refuse to pay for the rents of all residents until a major overhaul can be done to bring the building back in code. They should also demand that residents who need psychiatric care be moved to smaller group homes so they can be monitored very carefully. They slip through the cracks and are left to tend for themselves which they don't.
This place should be shut down if not taken care of.
