Businiess name:  Sears Roebuck and Co

Review content:
Because Sears sales representatives work on commission you can't walk into any department without being bombarded with salespeople. I like to casual shop and its annoying to have people breathing over your shoulders. Sears has kind of lost its lackluster since there are more discount stores that sell the same merchandise for less. Since they don't make the revenue that they once did their prices have risen dramatically. Years ago I bought my washer and dryer at Sears and the dryer just broke down. I use to be able to call a Sears Repair person but now you have to go though many different dept's to get to talk to a repair man then they have to order the part so they make two service calls which are a bit steep especially for someone whose on limited income. The competition is fierce and Sears needs to come up with major sales bargains to draw more public into its stores to purchase items. Its been ages since I've been to Sears and with all the wonderful stores that have taken their place in the consumer markets around the area I doubt I will ever purchase anything in Sears or even step into their store. Sears is too much of a hassle to drive to and muck around in when there are stores closer to my home. If you like Sears products stick with them.
