Review content:
I booked a private party for $450.00 on Jan. 31 for June 16th. This party was for 3 kids turning 2,4 and 6. Everything was great, I put down my deposit and I didnt hear anything from them. The party was on. On June 3rd I received a letter in the mail from the owner requesting me to call him regarding my private party I booked 6 mnths ago. I called and to my surpise he had said Sorry they could have my party be private because they double booked the facility. They refused to work with me and told me they didnt care if I was displeased, "I would rather displease you rather than all my other potential customers" were his exact words. Lucky enough I booked with Laguna's Awesome Party Palace for the same price.
