Review content:
I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Backman and the rest of his office staff. They are always friendly even though at times are very very busy. The billing department is great and will work with you if you have an outstanding balance that insurance does not cover. The nurses are wonderful and will make conversation with you and will also come out into the waiting room (during the 20 minute waiting time after allergy shots are given) to make sure that you are ok. Dr. Backman also employs a physician assistant who is also very nice, and knowlegable. I will go to no other allergist in the area after seeing Dr Backman and his staff. It is always a pleasure! Call ahead if you are going for allergy shots as the Monroe practice is only there two days a week for this.
