Those small town stores are there, but we have to search through the chains. Westlake Hardware is one of those places with personal service and all those things you can't find elsewhere. Want to build a small flower bed and don't need a delivery truck to deliver a truck load of railroad ties but just someone to load a few blocks in your trunk? Westlake Hardware will give you that personal service, and they are the place to buy girl and boy scout uniforms.
