I've been living here for 6 months plus.. having an issue with the tenants below . Management isn't do anything about the problem .. we've had loud music and parties .. having to call police 4 times with a citation issued along with arrest and so on. I feel this is not a great Complex to rent .with out the management not doing something to stop the nusiance . I would recommend that if you are lokking to rent go elsewhere before renting in the Havenwood Heights Apts.\Now the Apts themselves are nice . the area is great ..
