Hilltop Bistro is the perfect place to take your loved one for the ultimate romantic dining experience. I took my girlfriend there for her birthday and she loved it. We started off with the coconut seared scallops, which were presented in sesame tuile cones and looked as good as they tasted. Next i ordered the Ceaser Salad. I usually can get a sense of a restraunt based upon the ceaser salad, and the Hilltop Ceaser was one of the best i've ever had. My Girlfriend had the house salad, a concotion of apples, tomatoes, salad greens and a ricotta vinegrette. She finished the salad so fast i didn't have a chance to try it. For my entree, i ordered the Pork Loin, wich came with creamy German noodles and potatoes and homemade apple sauce. The Pork Loin was delicious, although a little bit dry. My lady ordered the Penne Pasta with sausage, witch turned out to be a huge serving. It was very delicous. When we were stuffed to the brim, our waiter brought out a chocolate bread pudding with a candle in it. My girlfriend said this was a dinner she would never forget. Pros: Excellent Food/Presentation, Romantic Dining Cons: Not very many other people were in the dining room
