Businiess name:  Netflix Inc

Review content:
Ah, the allure of a steal on dvd rentals. For the first few weeks (trial period) things went great. Then dvds were taking several days to ship and one never arrived at all but mysteriously appeared 2 days after I reported it lost (along with a duplicate of the same title, which counted as 2 of my 3 rentals). Finally, after receiving only 6 rentals one month (on the 3-out plan), I called it quits. I haven't regretted the decision. Let's put it this way: netflix is not going to let you get your moneys worth because that means that they are not making money. So you end up in a tug of war over shipping dates, arrivals, and send-backs. I got netflix to simplify my dvd rentals, but worrying over when to send the dvds back and constantly checking on shipping dates ended up being more of a hassle than just renting in-store.
