Personally, I don't understand how this business is still in business..I have been here quite a few times and each time I leave upset with something. Either it's them holding open tanning spots for people that aren't there and not letting me tan when I have the money and time, or not having any spots available at all, or just their poor customer service methods. I've had appointments at 9 am and had to wait 10 minutes while the owner finally got there and opened. I was also charged twice instead of once on my credit card for tanning visits and when I asked them about it, they got all offensive and said she wasn't going to be accused of stealing. I NEVER accused her of stealing, just accidentally (I guess) putting it through twice! She was VERY rude and throw my money back at me and told me not to come back. I guess maybe she's been accused of that before, I can't understand why she would have gotten so upset. I've had other companies do this before and they have always fixed the problem, nicely. NOT this place and I hope I can save someone the hassle with this review. Customers beware of this business!! I know they are the only tanning place in Fayetteville, but with this type of service it would be worth the drive to go somewhere else.
