Review content:
Their propeties are ghetto - don't rent from them. They are cheap, but they will let anyone rent from them. I once rented a property from them in desperation - in my building there were child molestors, gangsters, drug dealers and other such types. The people who work at CPM are rude and unhelpful. I had to wait a month for them to fix my garbage disposal and refridgerator. They refused to fix my mailbox after it was broken into (a 2000 dollar check was stolen) and finally the Post Office did it for me because they felt sorry for me. Someone who lived in the building tried to rape me but nothing was ever done about them. I'm so glad I moved. Do not rent from these people!
