Businiess name:  Crossroads Moving

Review content:
When I move I don't think about anyone else; but, Crossroads Moving. I have used them 3 times over a 5 year period. Their rates can't be beat and includes insurance. The level of professionalism of each team of movers has varied but never to the point of where I would describe them as unprofessional. Some of the moves have required them to take furniture apart to move it, reassemble at the new location, remove doors to get furniture in and out, manuever wide furniture down narrow hallways ... I had an incident where by piano seat got scratched; but, because their rates incude insurance, I didn't have to worry. Within weeks it was repaired by an expert who also educated me on the quality of the piano that I received as a gift. I've used a big name franchised moving company before and the experience was not good. They gave me an estimate, showed up to an 1000 sq ft apt with an 18 wheeler moving truck, complained through the entire move to the point where I cut the move short because I could not take their negative attitudes. CROSSROADS MOVING CAME TO MY RESCUE AND MOVED THE REMAINING ITEMS. Pros: rate, service, staff Cons: none identified
