Review content:
The food differs each time I go there. One day it will be overcooked and have no flavor,the next day it will be great! The portions are small for tacos but other items are way too large.
But I am sad to say I will NEVER eat at Hots again! The service was so bad, we had to ask 3 times just to get refills, they messed up our order, and than had the nerve to add 20% on to our bill. When we asked the owner about it, he was so rude and called us names, "Are you so cheep you cant afford 20%" My reply was no, I always tip 20%, but we just would like to know why it was added to our party of 5, when the menu states for partys of 6 or more. He lied to our faces about it being a company policy with all his locations(there is only one), and than the icing on the cake...when I checked my bank today, they double ran my card. Such an A hole. I have never wished anyone ill untill now. HOTS I HOPE YOU BURN!!!
Pros: I guess the TV's
