Review content:
After overdoing the gardening, I suffered an incredible back ache. I was in complete agony, unable to stand up straight, or roll over in bed. I spoke to the trainer at my gym and he recommended Michael at Body Balance.
Fortunately, Michael could see me right away, and after taking the time to carefully listen to my problems went to work on relieving my pain. Michael's slow cautious approach allowed him to zero in on the exact area he needed to focus on and after an hour on his table I was able to roll over pain free and walk out of his studio upright as opposed to the hunched over posture I walked in with.
I am so grateful to his miraculous touch and kind attention to my suffering. I plan to see him as often as I can afford to indulge!!
