Review content:
Long story short, it has now been over 4 months after the wedding. After repeated attempts to contact Mark via email and telephone and practically having to beg to have the photos uploaded to view the proofs, they were FINALLY posted. Promises have been made and broken as to when he would have this complete, lame excuses made in emails. The complete lack of follow through after the event ruined our view of Mark and The Edge Photography- he was great to work with during the wedding. The photos (now that we have finally gotten to view them) are nice, though some have lighting issues. And now here we are again- repeated attempts to contact via email and telephone have gone unanswered as we are trying to order the photos that are part of the package!! A nice experience on the wedding day, nice photos, but the customer/photographer relationship has been ruined due to his lack of professionalisim after the event.
Pros: Easy to work with, good attitude the day of the event
Cons: Terrible follow through, unprofessional after the event
