I really don't know a thing about Fuller Towne & Country Properties, but I know a lot about one of their brokers - Aliya Duffy.
My husband and I found Aliya about 3 years ago when we were looking to buy our first home. Aliya offered to help us find one, and she became our agent (or whatever they are called). She stayed in frequent touch with us and did not tire of helping us hunt for a home. She helped us find our first home.
And when we wanted to sell our home, she said she would be there for us once again. She immediately set up appointments to see 6 competitor homes in our area so we would know what our competition was like. We then changed things in our home to compete with our competitors.
The bottom line is that Aliya Duffy is on the ball. She will not be lazy about the house process, but will be upbeat the whole time. And, she has a way with people that makes everyone feel warm.
