At Christmas, I needed to get a firefly for my daughter, being really pressed for time, I found out that this store was sold out. The sales person, Brian, worked on it for me and said he would call me when he located one. A few hours later, he located one for me and said he would personally get it and have it in the shop by 5pm. He sure did and it was charged up and set up and everything, all I had to do was swipe my credit card. They are great and always eager to help me!
