AVOID COMPANY FOR TEMP AND AGENCY TYPE WORK I worked as an Event Staffer in Birmingham, Alabama for Promosythesis, LLC on October 13th, 2007 at the Ford Warriors in the Park -- Race for the Cure in conjunction with the Susan G. Komen Foundation. As of to date November 26th (today), I have not been compensated for my work. It has been more than a month and a half since I registered online to perform event staffing work for Promosynthesis. I emailed the Payroll Clerk concerning this matter. Ms. Rose stated that she needed hard copies of forms submitted online. Therefore, she then sent me email attachments several weeks after the event. The problem I have with Promosynthesis, LLC Payroll clerk's delays is that she should have requested hardcopies of the online application at the time the independent contractor was submitted online. Waiting several weeks after the independent contractors/event staffers have performed work is an unethical and an untimely business practice. Promosythesis does not operate in a manner standard to most businesses. I would not recommend moonlighters and people seeking supplemental means of earning extra money to waste their valuable time working for this unethical business. Promosythesis, LLC is an unethical and shady business the public be aware of.
