Save your money!! A friend referred Ben to me and I used his company for a remodel. Instead of a nice new remodel I got used appliances and crappy workmanship. Trying to talk to Ben about the problem was useless. It was like talking to a three year child after someone pulled its candy out its mouth. Real baby here! I had to take Ben to court in order to get some of the money back. Take the time and contact Plumb Supply and some other companies he deals with on a regular basis before using this company as I should of. My friend works there and sounds like Ben owes them so much money they won?t even deal with them. Tells you a little bit about his integrity! Steer clear of Mortensen plumbing!!
Pros: Answered the phone when I called.
Cons: Not on time, bad work done on house, Ben was hard to deal with after he got his money.
