Review content:
This is the number one builder in our county. These homes look like a million dollars, but are put up with cheaper products. I have seen a fist mark hole in the exterior of the home. The lamp fixtures are cheap as well. There is no substitute for a well made home. In 5 years, these owners will want to update because they have to. An older home or a better builder will get you 20 years of satisfaction.
Sad but true, it's all about the looks. A measuring guide I use is how thick are the kitchen and bath counter tops. These are OK, but could be thicker. The thinner ones, especially if formica, can crack, not a good foundation. Style isn't everything, but Rusaw has the county captured.
