Review content:
We have several homes being built in our neighborhood.
One across the street is being built by Ruane Builders. This one began last year.
There has been big delays from beginning to start with Portapotty and dumpsters being rented from the beginning as well. This adds to the cost of a home. Renting products that sit idle for months has to be paid by someone. It's not usually the builder. Especially when it has taken so long to get off the ground.
One day we hope to see a completed house across the street with happy people living in it. But for now, we see other homes in the area being erected and looking good in a timely manner. Not my choice for a builder.
