I love the children’s section for clothing in this department store. Plus, their portrait studio is fabulous! They really do a great job with the photos. You can catch great sales at JCPenneys, so pass through often to see what is on clearance. You won’t be disappointed if you are a bargain hunter…plus, they have good quality merchandise, too!
