Review content:
Whenever someone wants to visit Chapel Hill, I always recommend they check out Top of the Hill. My most fun times there have been in the evenings and nights spent out on the patio. It's a great place for a big view of Franklin Street. People watching is fun. Heck, people watching within Top of the Hill is fun because almost every type of person passes through there on a busy night in all styles of dress. We always like to go there after the Barristers Ball in our fancy dresses/suits. Good times.
