I felt so good after. In the past I had to keep going back to other places because I would start feeling tight in a few days. Barbara was the first one that I've come to that looks at the whole body and gets the problems resolved. The hot towel on my feet at the end of the session was the best ever. Felt like I was at the spa but without the high price. She even gave me a sheet of stretches to do for the tight areas if I wanted to continue my self care. I haven't done them yet but she tries to help you stay healthy. Way to go Barb!
Pros: Off the street parking - big plus in Chester
