Review content:
I booked a couples massage with the spa and was really excited- from the reviews it appeared that this spa would be great. The phone service was impeccable...until we arrived at the spa and the women at the desk barely payed attention to us. She acted as if we were pan handling and being a bother to her. We somehow arrived 30 minutes early even though the woman on the phone told me to arrive 15 minute before the appt. We were sent away and told to return closer to our appt time (even though I had confirmed on the phone 2 times about our appt time.) After we returned 30 minutes later we were then treated to another round of ignoring and rudeness by the receptionist along with a an additional 15 minute wait. While the massage and the massage therapists were kind and very good- the experience felt very "non spa like" and left us with some stress - due to the rude receptionist. Upon completion of the massage- we realized that we did not get our advertised service and were then begrudgingly given a $20 "discount"- if you want a great massage with borderline rude service then you should go here. IF not, there are far better day spas in the Seattle area (sans the rude receptionist.)
Pros: Location, massage therapists
Cons: rude receptionist
