I have been going to the EO for about 5 years now. I was one of the very first clients. I originally saw the owner, Charlene and loved my massage & spa services with her. It seems she is always there now even after 5 years and always remembers my name and is still great with all the clients in the reception. I love the remodel they have done. It isn't quite finished but the cork floors and beautiful pedicure chairs are great. I have never been disappointed by any of the staff and want to take this opportunity to thank Charlene for having such a nice, comfortable and affordable place for me to keep going to and referring my friends and family to. My new favorites are Hong for manicure and pedicure, Athena for my Facial, Ashley, Makeda or Debra for deep tissue massage and Stacy for waxing. I know you can't please everyone but in 5 years I think they come close.
