Review content:
I was completely disappointed from the time I walked in to the time I left. The reception area is very messy and old. Back desk area is filled with papers. All the towels. robes, and sheets are old, stained and torn. My little snack had mildewed grapes, obviously too old for consumption, a couple of Ritz crackers, not packaged, and cheese, packaged thank goodness. Maintenance rooms were left open and very visible, filled to the brim with mess and junk. Sanitation is a big question. The woman who did my facial was completely uninvolved, she couldn't have cared less. Facility is very small so privacy is an issue. I wouldn't go back even if it were free.
