Review content:
My mom, sister and I were visiting San Diego and booked three massages at Spa Tiki four days in advance. When we got there, receptionist couldn't find our appointments and immediately started says that we must have made a mistake because it wasn't in the system. Once she found mistake was on their end, it was kind of a big "oh well" rather than a "I'm so sorry and here's what we're going to do to remedy the situation." Needless to say, we left pretty disappointed, but before we did we specifically verified with her that the credit card number we gave when we booked the appointments would not be charged and she assured us that it would not. Sure enough, credit card bill just arrived with a $330 charge for massages we never got!
