My family and I have been going to this dentist office for years, since they have changed owners/managers the service has gone down tremendously.
The last time I was in the office I had an appointment, I showed up 15 early and waited for 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Their excuse was that they were over booked. I would have left but I had already taken time off work to be there, so I waited it out.
My husband went to his appointment on another day and had the same experience, and we given a HARD sell on some extra work the dentist thought he should have done and when my husband said no they tried to make him feel guilty. He came home and said I will never go back there again.
We have never gone back and are in the process of finding a new dentist.
