Review content:
Buffalo Exchange is a second hand thrift store, just like Arc, Goodwill, and Salvation Army. The only difference is, they specialize in "hip" clothing geared towards youthful customers, and for this you pay almost as much as if you were buying brand new.
I'm not sure what they think is hip, since I see a lot of '90's-ish goth apparel, not to mention stuff any soccer mom could wear to work. On the upside, the store is free of that body odor-like smell that seems to permeate the other thrift stores, and sometimes they have cool accessories available at a true second hand price.
