We just finished purchasing a home with the help of Dunlap Mortgage and found them to be open, honest, responsive,accessible and appreciative beyond measure.
Eric was extremely patient in explaining all of the shadings and nuances of the mountains of paper that came our way. What could have been a process laden with drudgery and confusion, was instead fun and educational. Without reservation, my wife and I would recommend the services of Dunlap Mortgage to anyone.
