Dealt with this incompetent owner with an automatic gate opener. Came out no less than 7 times to try and fix something the regional sales representative fixed in 30 minutes. Would not trust him to install anything that he claims he can do, as all he has is excuses when problems arise, cannot admit he is clueless at what he is doing. Recommend finding someone else to do any job that he claims he is capable of doing. His commitment to quality leaves something to be desired, and his concern for the client was evidenced by his lack of concern to be sure the job was done right. I have actually recommended to the gate company that they no longer let him be an authorized service representative as the regional manager had to straighten out his mess. Would NEVER RECOMMEND him to anyone.
