I was apalled at the service that I recieved from one of the employees. I have previously dined at the Bisto before and the sevice was lacking but the food was wonderful. So tonight we decided to order take out, we ordered three of the Bistro burgers and added bacon to all three. I was told my oder would be ready in 20 min. But when I had arrived the food had barley been started and when I arrived home none of them had the bacon I had payed for. When I called Karen answered the phone and when I explained the problem she rudely replied " you can drive back and I'll give you the bacon if you like" I replied with no and hung up. Not only will I not be driving back to get the bacon, but I will never dine here or oder take out from the Bisto again. The service is horrible and this time so was the food!
