Review content:
Recently I went to the Coconuts music store located in the Prices Corner shopping center. I went in looking for the warriors dvd. I was informed they were sold out but were getting a shipment in on Thursday or Friday of that week. They told me to come back on Friday so they would have time to receive the shipment. I went back on Friday and spoke with the same employee I saw on Tuesday. He informed me that he hadn't had time to unload the shipment try to come back on another day. I did go back a few days later and finally saw the dvd I wanted. This time I could hardly find someone to ring me out. Overall the service was poor. I'll really have to consider going back to this place. I do like their selection of items but they really need to step up the customer service on a lot of their employees. I'm giving it one star because of the customer service the pass few months. If I was going on selections they would have gotten a 2-3 star review.
