Review content:
Cappels is great for their selection of inventory for just about every holiday and occastion. Their prices are reasonable, but they carry items that you can't find anywhere else. Recently a friend was throwing a cowboy party for her child, and Cappels sold cowboy party hats (not the pointy kind, but actually little cowboy hats) for children! What a find! Great party planning store!
