Remember the show Cheers, "Where everybody knows your name." That's what the environment at Marketplace Physical Therapy reminds me of. The clinic is so welcoming that I looked forward to my physical therapy sessions. I was sad when they ended so I joined the gym.
This atmosphere elicits a sense of confidence that you will receive the best care from your physical therapist. This may be because the environment is relaxing as it is set within a gym or because of the cheerful, caring attitudes of all who work in the office. I don’t know, but in my eyes it is a little bit of both. This is definitely a comforting quality that is not found in many doctors’ offices. It’s unique and a characteristic that draws people back.
The personal one on one attention with the physical therapist is ideal, and not often experienced in other settings. This relationship built between the patient and physical therapist is invaluable and an asset to the recovery process. These days it is difficult to find a doctor who cares about the cause of the problem, as most just give you pain medication and send you on your way. But at Marketplace Physical Therapy I have received amazing care and attention. Dr. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and his treatments are incredibly effective. I am now injury free!!
