You could spend all day at Soergels. There’s something here for everyone! Plants, trees and flowers galore. They sell their own home grown produce and other grocery items like pastas and sauce, candies, snacks and dairy items. I have not been in the Wine shop, which sells Pennsylvania wines. There’s a bakery that sells cakes, pies, bread and more. They also have a gift barn, which I have found to be overpriced, but might be nice if you’re looking for an unusual gift. There’s lots to do for the kids: you can see some of the farm animals, including Tubby their famous 600 lb. pig, and a play area with lots of different wooden buildings to go through, a wooden boat and tractor to climb on. Make sure you check out the Strawberry festival in June, and be sure to stop here as well to pick your pumpkin during the fall festival. Every employee I have dealt with has been polite and kind. We stop here usually about once a week throughout the year. My kids always have a great time when we stop there.
