From the start my time at this hair salon was terrible. When I arrived I was told by my hair stylist that my appointment was taken incorrectly and I could only get one of my services done. I guess this happens "all the time" according to her. I was then charged an extra $20 for my color because I have long hair. When I left the girl at the front was texting on her phone so I guess that explains appointment errors. And to top it all off I was served a cup of coffee with someone else's lipstick on it. This place is disgusting...
