Review content:
Most people who have lived in the area long enough have been to Strawberry Mansion. It's a very interesting place...it's an old mansion turned into restaurant. I've only been a few times, and only once in the past 5 years but it doesn't seem as if they have changed much. The food is good but nothing spectacular. It's a nice place to have a shower or other event..I have been to a wedding shower there and the food was good. However, I believe that Strawberry Mansion is only open for dinner as far as regular dining goes.
Beaujeans, however, is a popular lunch spot. I've been there several times and it's a pleasant lunch experience if you eat outside on a nice day. I can't say I am particularly fond of the food there. I have never been impressed and a couple times have actually been disappointed. It's not that difficult to make decent salads and sandwiches. Others I have dined with haven't complained though.
