Review content:
I called Alltel and reported problems with my phone line on August 13, 2006. It is now August 31, 2007, over a year later, and despite numerous calls, the line has not been repaired. It took till March 2007 (7 months) to get someone out here to look at it. He said he didn't have enough wire with him to fix it. Having spoken to 48 different people, I still have no service when it rains or if the wind is blowing. Ridiculous. Pros: Discount for the disabled; good internet tech personnel Cons: Rude CSRs; lack of service
