I have shopped at this store twice and had bad experiences both times. for the first, I ordered a wallpaper border. I was told that it would be shipped to the store, within one week, and that they'd call me to pick it up once it was in. I called them after two weeks and was told that it was on backorder for an additional six weeks! They apparently weren't going to bother to tell me this. I had paid in advance, mind you. For the second experience, I went into the store with a list of three paint types and colors that I needed for a project. They mixed up the first two and then told me that they were out of the base and couldn't mix up the third! This was just a regular latex paint. Unbelievable.
