Provincial Home is a small cozy shop in the village of Cold Spring. It sells accessories for the home that are upscale as well as a line of cooking sauces, glazes, oils & vinegars, marinades and mustards which I'm a huge fan of.
This is a perfect place to get a housewarming gift or if you're going to visit a friend's home and want to take something special. Think of fabulous pottery, serving dishes, guest towels, wine stoppers, etc. etc.
Their own line of condiments is superb. You can use the sauces in a variety of ways like marinading meats, poultry or seafood. Or use the vinegars, oils and mustards to make simply divine salad dressings. They even carry the Stonewall Kitchens and Barefoot Contessa line of foods. Try the SK Green Chili Salsa for a taste sensation--great with tortilla chips or in chili.
