Review content:
Founded in 1781, Washington & Jefferson College is a coed, four-year, private liberal arts college dedicated to developing students one at a time. All classes are taught by master teachers who are caring mentors and advisors, and opportunities abound for internships, study-abroad programs, student activities, and volunteer service.
W&J's pre-law and pre-health programs are internationally known. Historically, 90 percent of W&J students who apply to law or health-related schools are accepted. More than 75 percent of W&J's seniors seeking employment find work in their fields and or attend graduate school.
W&J puts private higher education within reach, providing extensive need-based and merit awards. More than 70 percent of current students receive financial assistance. The average package is roughly $15,000 per year.
That was taken from the website. I attended W&J and graduated in 1990 with a double major in business administration and sociology. This double major has really helped me and I ended up with an MBA as well. The school has definately changed since I attended and is really expanding. It is a beautiful campus.
